• Ability to generate new ideas, develop and manage projects;
• Possession of modern information technologies, methods and techniques of research of economic and social processes, adequate to the established needs of research, to identify key trends in socio-economic and human development;
• Skills to formulate professional tasks in the field of economics and solve them, choosing appropriate directions and appropriate methods for their solution, taking into account available resources, justify management decisions on effective development of economic entities, assess possible risks, socio-economic consequences of management decisions.
• Ability to plan and develop projects in the field of economics, to implement its information, methodological, material, financial and personnel support.
• Ability to identify and critically evaluate key trends in socio-economic development and apply them to the formation of new models of economic systems and processes.
